In this section- find out why this site is here, how it came into being and exactly who is it typing all that HTML till late into the night? If for some odd reason you want to see what I look like however, you`ll be dissapointed since I`m very camera-shy. Look hard enough at the reflections in some of the bulbs in the lightbulbs galleries- you may see me sat beside the camera but I hide down low when it`s a very shiny bulb that reflects back the entire room`s contents so you`ll have to look hard!If you want to get in touch with me about this site or my interests, then there is a contact page with email information. Flashlight manufacturers (in particular), if you want my mailing address to send samples for review (test samples are always welcome and will help the review category grow into a useful resource) then please use the email link to contact me telling me what you have. I would post it online but that invites abuse- I only want things turning up at my door that I know about. Mystery packages can be exciting at christmas and birthdays but when something arrives out of the blue (well, OK- out of the parcel man`s van) it`s nice to know what will greet you when you rip open the box! Also here is a list of links to other sites of interest, this list will build up over time and visitors are invited to email me with their own suggestions for sites they`ve seen and think will be of interest. If I like what I see, I`ll add it. Simple! This links-list will be accessable from all main category pages and is split up accordingly with anchor points to save you scrolling down to find the relavent category. Click a christmas light links button and be taken to the start of the christmas light links section on that page. If it grows too unwieldy I`ll break it down but for now I expect it will be OK as one page. Finally as this site grows it will inevitably become harder to find what you`re looking for. I don`t have plans to include a search-engine just yet (cos I don`t know how!) but there will be a site map that I will try to keep up to date. Sub- category gallery/review pages will have their own alphabetised fast-find list but the site-map brings them all together and lets you go to any main page of the site with one click. I will probably link to this map from each main category page too. It won`t be ready yet but that`s cos there`s not much site here yet, but in time the map will appear and the buttons will become active. |

June 23rd. Added Contact and SIte Map pages. June 9th. Finally- the links page has begun. All the Links buttons are now active in the categories and sub-categories too. |
